SPA 2.0 is a next-generation, AI-enabled public procurement platform that transforms how tenders are planned, evaluated, and managed. It combines historical procurement data, real-time analytics, and intelligent automation to enable transparent, efficient, and data-driven decision-making across the full procurement lifecycle.

Unlike traditional eGP systems, SPA 2.0 introduces predictive insights, automated validation, and AI-assisted recommendations—allowing government entities and suppliers to operate with greater speed, accuracy, and trust.

Conventional procurement platforms are passive—focused on document submission and compliance rather than decision support.

AI introduces a different challenge:

High capability, low interpretability.

Stakeholders recognize the need for modernization but struggle to understand:

  • How AI improves day-to-day workflows

  • What changes across the procurement lifecycle

  • How decisions become more transparent and reliable
